Two Traditional Romanian Songs Performed by Our Students July 13, 2010

Filed under: traditional songs — LL @ 11:52 pm

The songs below were performed by our 7th graders and were recorded this spring. Our students are wearing traditional costumes. The first video is filmed outside, at a traditional house in Comanesti village, Suceava county.

I am always amazed to see how traditions and folk songs are so well-kept by young people in your place in Romania. Congratulations to you all. I like your woven traditional costumes and your decorated jackets.

Indeed I was also thinking the same and I also noticed that you, Liliana, have a particular care in finding and posting traditional song and costumes. Well done!
    All the best!
