Hi everyone, summer is here in Iceland and all the kids are now on vacation until August 21st. But we still think of you.

June 17th is our national day and my kids made some slides about the mountain woman which comes to every festival in Iceland.

    Hello to everyone in Iceland,
It is very interesting to read about your national day. I presume it is a national holiday and that you do not have to go to school on this day?
Our national holiday in Ireland is on March 17: St. Patrick’s Day. Our pupils started their holidays yesterday and will not be back to school until September 1st.
