Street Delivery is a recent tradition. The event has just had its third edition. Its catch phrase is “Closing the street for cars and opening it for people”. It takes place every June, on an old and well-known street in Bucharest and aims to make again the street a social place, a place for people and for culture. There are mainly unconventional activities, and the themes are: urbanism, environment, books, modern art, activities for children, dying crafts, architecture. Here are some photos, we hope you will like them.
Happy holidays to everyone!
Irina and the kids from School no 92, Bucharest.

Giving back an old street to pedestrians and people is a real blessing! Very good idea!
Have a good holiday Irina.

Wonderful photos and interesting tradition!
Sometimes, during summer, we also have such as this event , with such as this opportinity for children to express their creativity and to experience new things. Congratulation for the slide, too!!!
All the best!
Gina
Thank you Marie-France and Gina!
I hope to keep in touch.
Best wishes.
Irina
We ceratinly keep in touch. It is fortunate you didn’t ask us to reorder your slide to have the photos. I am hopeless at ths sort of game!!
And my kids are too busy. They are much better than I.
I came back on the blog and I must say I like your music which goes along well with the photos. How did you manage to do that?
I must confess: it was just luck. I just searched in the music the site offers until I found a suitable song!
What a coincidence! I used the same song for a slide that I posted on my school’s blog a while ago: http://scoalacomanesti.blogspot.com/2009/04/scoala-cu-clasele-i-viii-humoreni-clasa.html.
Slide.com offers so many options to personalise your slides.
Well done, Irina!
